Our Te Pou candles are a tribute to the original NZ souvenir candles that were once made here in Aotearoa between the 1970s - 80s. Instead our candles are made in 100% pure manuka beeswax with pure cotton wicks with no added waxes, colourings and synthetic fragrances, they still have Paua shell eyes.

Te Pou refers to the pillar or post that often relates to a connection, support or a symbol of guidance. It can also represent the pillars of light that separate the sky from the earth being the connection between the spiritual and the physical worlds...
